PEF-10 Polyethylene Film (PE) is our new, recommended Patent Pending application process for AquaBond® underwater repair products. Applying the adhesive or sealant to the polyethylene film above water, then taking that strip of film underwater, allows you to precisely land the material exactly where you need it ' and spread it smoothly on and around contours. Once the adhesive has cured, the film peels off leaving a super smooth, finished repair!

The PEF-10 package contains one sheet, 10 feet (120') x 17' This sheet comes to you as a 'tube.' Slice it along the seam and unfold to 120 inches x 17 inches. Cut into pieces as needed to make repairs.
A one-foot x 17-inch piece of PE film comes free with both 50ml AquaFlex Starter Kit and 50ml Underwater Repair Adhesive Starter Kit.

'' Product Description:
High Density Polyethylene Film made of HDPE granules are noted for their characteristic rustle and milky colouring and they are odourless. Unlike LDPE films, their structure is duller, their strength is higher, they are hazier, and they are not shrinkable. The thermal endurance of HDPE films is from '50 °C up to +110 °C. HDPE films are more chemically resistant, which is given by their structure.

A2: Yes, we could offer A4 sample for free charge but if you need in roll,
we can offer 100-200m/roll for free, but shipping cost need you to paid.

A3: Depends on your quantity. Generally it is 15-20 days for 20GP container.
Q4: What's your payment?
A4: By L/C, by T/T (30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading).
Q5: What's the usage of this film?
A5: It is special for the surface material when you producing SBS or APP bitumen

A6: We can do as thin as 7 microns, but usually do 10 microns.
