The big diamond particles give you deep cut and powerful removal, The use can significantly open the floors and expose the new substrate of concrete, so you can easily step to next floor prep and resurfacing.This grit is also good for thinner coating removal such as urethane, acrylic, epoxy, and so on.
Grit 30/40# are commonly used for concrete floor grinding. It produces even and obvious scratch pattern and easily and quickly open the old surfaces.
Grit 50/60/70/80# is produces medium scratches.
Grit 100/120/150# diamond grinding shoes are usually the last step of metal bond grinding for concrete floors finest preparation.
