All DH Caster International Inc (DHCI) products are warranted for the period of one year from date of purchase. Any product that exhibits defects in material and or workmanship within the period of one year will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of DHCI. Nevertheless, the defective product must be acknowledged by DHCIimmediately. Once your claim has been approved by DHCI we will issue you a claim form. When the form has been returned to DHCI we will determine the next steps in resolving your claim. The process for warranty claims takes approximately two business days from receipt of claim.
