High precision 3 rollers thread rolling machine
Due to the need for soft and resilient feed during rolling of large workpieces, especially solid products, we have developed this series of three-axis thread rolling equipment for continuous rolling of the workpiece.
TB-90ACNC and TB-100ACNC have upgraded servo hydraulic systems and independently developed patented hydraulic cylinders to provide stable and sufficient rolling pressure. At the same time, the speed of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted according to production conditions, so that the rollers can simultaneously press the workpiece, achieving intelligent advance and retreat of the blade.
Machine features:
1. Based on the feed rate of each hydraulic cylinder, the servo hydraulic system can adjust the pressure of each hydraulic cylinder separately in a timely manner. The built-in grating ruler in the hydraulic cylinder ensures that the three rollers can reach and roll onto the workpiece at the same time, resulting in higher roundness and accuracy of the workpiece.
2. The three-axis feed distance is digitized, and the feed distance of each roller can be directly fed back on the human-machine interface, with clear data and easy adjustment.
3. Integrated grinding grade gearbox, with low machine noise, stable transmission, and high durability.
4. It can achieve two modes: infeed rolling and thru feed rolling, which are applicable to a wider range of product types.
5. Suitable for industries such as mining and oil extraction, widely used in pipe hollow parts such as finned tubes, self drilling anchor bolts, and automotive parts.
